The service

This is a personal job-search assistant. It collects postings from sources you configure, explains how they match the CV evidence you verified, alerts you, and drafts application documents when you ask it to. It is provided during a beta period free of charge, as is, and may change or be interrupted.

Your responsibilities

• Verify only facts that are true. Drafts are grounded in what you verify; you remain responsible for everything you submit to an employer.
• Review every draft before use. The assistant never submits applications and never contacts employers.
• Use your own OpenAI API key and mailbox credentials, and pay for their usage. Keep your password private.
• Configure only sources you are entitled to read. Do not use the service to collect data in breach of a website's terms.
• One account per person; invitations are personal.

What we do not promise

No guarantee that every relevant job is found, that a posting is still open, that a score predicts hiring, or that a draft is free of errors. Alerts depend on third-party services and may be delayed.

Acceptable use

No scraping of the service, no sharing of accounts, no uploading of other people's personal data without their consent, no unlawful use. Accounts breaching these terms may be closed.

Changes and termination

You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. The owner may end the beta or change these terms with notice through the dashboard.
