Jobs Find AI watches ReliefWeb, your LinkedIn alerts and the employer boards you choose, day and night. It scores every posting against the verified facts in your CV, tells you exactly why you fit and what is missing, pings you on Telegram, and drafts applications that claim only what you can prove.
Free during the beta · AI usage included for the first members, your own OpenAI key after that · While places are open, you can start straight away.
Over eight years I have built data pipelines and dashboards for agricultural and climate programmes, most recently a crop-suitability mapping pipeline for Ethiopia in Python and CropSuite. EVIDENCE F6, F10, F12

Most job tools rank titles by keywords. Jobs Find AI compares the actual requirements of each posting with facts you verified from your own CV, and shows its reasoning. Your first search, usually within an hour of signing up, is the moment it pays off.
Every few hours it reads ReliefWeb, employer boards, your email alerts from LinkedIn, Devex or UNjobs, and any feed or careers page you add. Duplicates are merged, closed deadlines flagged.
Each posting gets a 0 to 100 relevance score plus a table of requirements marked met, unknown or not met, each pointing to the evidence behind it. Unknown is never rounded up to met.
Strengths written in terms of your real projects, and gaps stated plainly, including eligibility criteria such as citizenship or language that your CV does not document.
Matches above your threshold land in your inbox and on Telegram, with Interested and Skip buttons. One message per job or one digest per search; you choose.
When you click Prepare application, it drafts a tailored CV, cover letter and screening answers, then an independent review flags any claim your evidence does not support and rewrites it. Export as DOCX and PDF.
Your own OpenAI key, encrypted at rest. Your workspace is yours alone. Nothing is submitted and no employer is contacted; you review every draft before use.
Upload your CV. Facts are extracted with exact source quotes and you tick the ones that are true. Only verified facts are ever used.
Add suggested feeds for your field, employer boards, or a mailbox label where your LinkedIn and Devex alerts arrive.
Searches run on your schedule. Strong matches are announced with the reasoning, the gaps and the deadline.
Draft an application in minutes, edit it, export it, and submit it yourself through the employer's channel.
"I built this because I was tired of scrolling ReliefWeb and LinkedIn every evening, then writing applications from scratch at midnight."
I am a data scientist working on climate, hydrology and agriculture in Addis Ababa. The tools I tried were built for software jobs in the US, ignored the boards our sector actually uses, and happily invented experience I did not have. So I built the assistant I wanted: it watches the right sources, explains every match against what my CV can prove, and drafts applications I would be comfortable signing. I use it every day; the numbers above include my own search.
The beta is free by invitation, with AI usage included for the first members. Paid plans are priced for Ethiopia in birr, with card payment in dollars for everyone else. Pay in birr by Telebirr or bank transfer, or by card.
A featured vacancy sits at the top of the public listings and the Telegram digest for 14 days, and every member whose verified CV fits it is alerted with the reasons. 2,500 ETB or $25 per posting. We review it within one working day and email you a link to pay; it goes live as soon as the payment clears.
Public postings from ReliefWeb and employer boards are listed free, with a link to your own application page. Featuring adds the top slot, the digest and member alerts. Already submitted? See your listings, views and apply clicks.
Career centres, fellowship and alumni programmes, bootcamps and NGO talent networks: every member gets their own private workspace, and you get an activation view (verified CV, sources, drafts) for the cohort. 200 ETB or $3 per seat per month, from 25 seats, invoiced annually or per term, with an onboarding session included.
No, and it never will. It prepares documents you review and export; you submit them through the employer's official channel. Automation of application portals is deliberately out of scope.
From sources you enable: ReliefWeb, employer boards on Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, SmartRecruiters and Ashby, Remotive, any RSS feed or public careers page, and job-alert emails from LinkedIn, Devex, UNjobs, Impactpool or ReliefWeb that you route to a mailbox label. LinkedIn itself is never scraped.
The first beta members have AI usage included: up to 25 evaluations per search, 300 per month and 5 application packages a month on the founder's key. Everyone else pastes their own OpenAI API key and pays OpenAI directly: a search that evaluates 50 new postings typically costs 1 to 3 US dollars, later searches less because stored postings are not re-evaluated, and drafting one application is usually under a dollar. Members with included AI can add their own key at any time to lift the limits.
Any country: sources are global and you set your preferred locations, from "Ethiopia" to "Remote" to "Africa". Postings in English are matched best; other languages work when the posting and your CV facts share a language. The assistant and dashboard are in English.
No. It is a relevance score between the posting's requirements and your verified facts. Mandatory eligibility is tracked separately and shown as met, unknown or not met.
Your CV text, verified facts, postings, evaluations and drafts are visible only in your workspace. They are stored on a server the owner administers; running the service, the owner looks only at account-level activity such as whether a CV was verified, not at your documents. API keys and mailbox passwords are stored encrypted. You can remove connections at any time and ask for export or full deletion. See the privacy notice.
We are onboarding professionals in data, climate, geospatial, agriculture and development roles. Tell us a line about your field. While places are open you go straight to creating your account; otherwise we email you an invitation.
